Description: The Corporate Controller will play a pivotal role in managing the accounting function and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team, auditors, and various departments to uphold the highest standards of financial reporting and integrity. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities for advancement as the company continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions.
General Counsel

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Description: The Corporate Counsel role will serve as Equify Financial’s lead legal representative and strategic advisor to the CEO and Board. This role is responsible for multi-entity legal strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and transactional oversight across Equify’s core equipment finance platform and affiliated businesses (SaaS, insurance, ABL/factoring, and special situations).
