Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will oversee the administration of the Salesforce environment, working with marketing, sales, IT, and operational teams to support adoption, training, and enhancement. The ideal candidate will be eager to promote Salesforce and establish it as the system of record in a sales environment that is implementing the system for the first time.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Maintain all basic administrative functions such as user account upkeep, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other day-to-day tasks.
- Support the coding and lead the configuration of the system, including creating custom apps, objects, validation, automations, flows, and layouts as needed. Works with contract developers who configure Apex code.
- Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects
- Oversee standards for how departments structure their data and lead the implementation of business processes in the CRM.
- Oversee the implementation of data structures, validations, and processes to ensure that data quality and integrity are achieved, including de-duping processes for all Equify departments.
- Assist Data team with exporting data for analysis and other purposes. Support reporting and analysis of Salesforce data.
- Assist with complex data integrations with other systems including Equify information systems and external vendor systems. Lead the development of business requirements, specifications, integration flows, data migration strategy & design and testing. Act as a liaison between business unit(s) and integration team to ensure designed integrations and data migrations are being implemented.
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flow, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Assist and support the Data team on the development of data architecture: standardizing how Equify collects, stores, transforms, and distributes Salesforce data.
- Develop new data integrations. Manage existing one-way and two-way integrations with external systems such as Solifi/Repport/InfoLease, Northteq, and Quickfi.
- Lead selection of and integrate ancillary software such as plug-ins, add-ons, and extensions.
- Develop training standards, designing training curriculum, and leading training of Equify staff on how to use the CRM tools. Create training videos, in-system documentation, and update our internal documentation on all custom Equify code, automation, workflows, work processes and automation. Manage security and permissions for all Salesforce users.
- Research software options, best practices, legal issues, and industry trends.
- Direct creation and use of testing environments.
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Synchronize campaigns with the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment and making recommendations for execution based on Salesforce capabilities.
- Ensure data cleanliness and integrity, uploading new contacts and updating information regularly.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Familiarity and previous experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, managing access, and crafting custom reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce marketing tools at a level that supports weaving them into broader marketing strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity using the sales and service cloud.
